DETAILED INFORMATION

Our Inconel springs include inconel x750 springs that are designed, engineered, and customized for your application. We manufacture inconel x750 springs for the oil & gas and material handling industries due to Inconel’s high strength at high temperatures.

The Inconel X750 alloy is a precipitation-hardenable Nickel-Chromium alloy with high strength at temperatures up to 1,300°F (704°C) and excellent oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 1,800°F (982°C). The resistance to relaxation of Inconel X750 is excellent.

After fabrication, the steel is cold drawn and precipitation hardened. At elevated temperatures, alloy X-750 resists corrosion well. Nickel-chrome aluminum alloy with high strength. It is not suitable for extension springs that require initial tension in inconel x750 springs.

We are a leading supplier of high-quality inconel x750 springs wire in India. As a top-tier supplier of Inconel X750 Spring Wire in the global market, Neptune Alloys has extensive business and technical experience. In severely corrosive environments, Neptune Alloys specializes in exporting, selling, and producing Inconel X750 Spring Wire of high quality.

There are many applications for inconel x750 springs. Aerospace, automotive, and other industries use them. They have been the standard in high temperature design for decades. At temperatures ranging from -20°F to +270°F, the X-750 offers excellent creep characteristics. As a result, it is an ideal material for high-temperature applications. Despite its low thermal expansion coefficient, the material is very resistant to abuse, such as the extreme conditions found in automotive and aerospace applications.

Due to Inconel X750’s ability to perform in corrosive and high-temperature environments, our Company manufactures torsion springs, compression springs, and extension springs. An extremely popular alloy for applications that require elevated temperatures, inconel x750 springs is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy. The properties, strength, and ductility of our Inconel X750 springs meet AMS 5698 and 5699 standards.
